Amor began with a feeling.
Not a product, not a business plan, just two friends in London, a couple thousand miles from home, chasing that slow, steady calm we could never quite find in our busy lives. That quiet focus. That gentle, grounded energy. That sense of being awake but never overwhelmed.

Coffee was too sharp on the nerves.
Green tea was too light.
Most “wellness drinks” felt like a sham.

Until we discovered matcha.

Not the bitter, dusty kind, but real matcha. Vibrant, sweet, silky, alive. The kind that wakes you up softly and stays with you without the crash. A ritual that felt modern, intentional, and always on the go with us.

Somewhere between long days, late-night conversations, and sitting in our pyjamas on the couch debriefing life, Amor was born.

We traveled, tasted, learned. From tiny tea farms to traditional stone mills, listening to growers who’ve spent generations perfecting their craft. That journey led us to Kagoshima.

There, in mist-covered fields and mineral-rich volcanic soil, we found matcha that felt like Amor - matcha with soul.

We brought it home, not to create a trend, but to create a moment. One that fits into India’s fast mornings, long weeks, late nights, and slow Sundays. A moment that feels grounding, effortless, and beautifully modern.
