Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be supported with unboxing photos or videos in case of damaged or wrong products.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food products are not eligible for return.
Items purchased on sale or with special discounts are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos for verification.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping charges.

In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed and the order will be treated as a return (as per policy).
