Order Processing
We aim to dispatch your order quickly, usually within 0–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once it’s on the way, you’ll get an email confirmation along with tracking details so you can follow your package.
Shipping Partners
To make sure your matcha arrives fresh and secure, we ship through a network of reliable courier partners. Your confirmation email will include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status anytime.
We deliver pan-India. If, for any reason, your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you and issue a full refund right away.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times may vary by location:
- Delhi: 1–3 business days
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
- We offer free standard shipping on most orders.
- If you request express delivery, we’ll confirm additional charges based on courier availability and your pin code before processing.
Return to Origin (RTO) Charges
If an order is cancelled or refused after dispatch, or if incorrect details (address/phone) lead to non-delivery:
- Refunds will be issued once products are received back and verified at our warehouse.
- A processing fee will be deducted: ₹100 for orders below ₹2,000 and ₹200 for orders above ₹2,000.

Non-Delivery Days
Please note, we do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
