2-3gm Amor Ceremonial Matcha
50-60ml warm water
1 tsp honey or vanilla syrup (optional)
Whisk the matcha
Sift and whisk matcha with warm water to create the perfect microfoam.
Scoop
Add ice cream to a small chilled bowl or cup.
Pour
Slowly pour warm, freshly whisked matcha over the ice cream.
Serve immediately
