Blueberry Matcha Latte
A velvety fusion of juicy blueberries and smooth matcha.
This gorgeous blue-green latte is antioxidant-rich, lightly sweet, and irresistibly Instagrammable.
Ingredients

½ cup fresh blueberries

½–1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1–2 tsp Amor Ceremonial Grade Matcha
-
50-60ml warm water

1 cup milk
-
1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetner of choice

Ice
Instructions
1. Make the lemon blueberry base
Heat blueberries with sugar for 3–4 mins until they burst and release color.
Turn off the heat and stir in fresh lemon juice- this brightens the flavor and gives the compote a beautiful jewel-toned color.
2. Whisk the matcha
Sift and whisk 2-3gm of matcha with warm water to create the perfect microfoam.
3. Layer
Add your blueberry compote to the bottom of the glass → fill with ice → pour in milk → top with matcha.
4. Enjoy
Stir lightly to create the perfect green–blue swirl with a hint of lemony brightness.
